I have been with StartLogic for over a year now. I run a very tiny blog based on WordPress.

StartLogic emailed me Saturday and breathlessly announced that it was time to "transition" my webpage to vdeck 3.0. They then "transitioned" it, and it immediately broke my entire site.

I decided to use their 24 / 7 customer support and after 5 hours of waiting, someone finally talked to me and escalated the issue to a tech person. The next morning, the tech person told me the problem was solved and closed the ticket.

So, I pulled up my site, and ... nothing. It was still broken. So I got in touch with the 24 / 7 customer support again, and after 3 hours, I talked to someone. They said they would re-open the ticket.

A couple days later, I receive an email saying that my problem has been fixed. I went to my website and it was ... wait for it ... still broken.

So I have now been waiting...

anyone else here use hosting at Startlogic? i usually have domain registration issue with them. When i sign up a domain and request for pointing it to my existing host, i have to wait more than a week. Their support is too bad! And do you realize that they have some big chances these days?

All operators are currently assiting others. Thanks for your patience....
Do you know how many times i see this sentence? more than 40 times (about 1 hour)...i contacted they many times in a day and still see this sentence. I just believe that their chat support staff are sleeping in the work hours

I am hosted with Startlogic.Com for more than a year now. Initially I was so happy with them that I even recommended them on many occasions on certain forums. But now, it’s a different story.

Lately I have been seeing their “max_questions” limit achieved message quite a few times. Infect, I am in trouble for more than two weeks now and I don’t know what to do. Their support has gone to such a low standard that I get different answers for the same questions. A person on support says that the limit “max_questions” is set to per user on daily basis other said it’s per hour. One said it’s per DB, other said it’s per DB user.

On my support ticket, I have been told two times that the limit is set to auto-rest on hourly basis so if I exceed the limit, my DB user should be reset after an hour. But my site was down for more than 24 hours coz I was not able to contact them (As I do everyday these days).
