		<description>Since the servers at Softlayer are un-managed, they do offer a 1 time per server and issue $3 charge to locate and resolve the issue. The charge is really fair, since you can throw anything at them and they'll resolve it. When the support is free, its usually an issue that was created by hardware or software conflicts.</description>
