Citrexhosting is the worst host that I have ever used. I have used several but after switching from Host Gator which has terrible reviews to Citrex Hosting, I can say that in the race to become the worst host, Citrex Hosting has got them all beat. It is down more than it's up. I am getting ready to file complaints everywhere. I would suggest any one else having trouble with them do the same in order to warn other potential consumers.
